Ms. Shai submits that, in so far as Plaintiff No. 2 & 3 are concerned, the Plaintiff No. 2 is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and Plaintiff No. 3 has been taken over by a new entity. She therefore requests that the matter be stood over next week to enable notice of the application for withdrawal to be served upon the Plaintiff Nos. 2 & 3. 3.
