By means of this application, the only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the court below concerned to decide the Criminal Miscellaneous Case No. 167 of 2024 (State Versus Pradeep Gupta) arising out of Case Crime No.23 of 2021, under Section 14[1] of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Malpura, District- Agra, pending in Court of Special Judge, Gangster Act, Agra, expeditiously within a short stipulated period. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that buses of the applicant are lying in the open space in the police station. The case is pending since 23.2.2024 before the court below concerned. The applicant is suffering hardship due to pendency of the aforesaid application as condition of his buses is becoming worse. 4. Considering the facts of the case but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application U/s 529 B.N.S.S. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, if there is no legal impediment.
