Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue an order/direction to learned court below to consider and decide temporary injunction application (paper no.6-C) dated 23.04.2025 within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that 6-C application is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chhata, Mathura to decide 6-C application in accordance with law, maximum within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.
