Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 111 dated 03.07.2025, under Sections 318(4), 319, 336(3), 338, 340 of BNS and Section 42(3)(e) of the Telecommunication Act 2023 and Charges framed under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(4), 338, 340(2) of BNS and Section 42(3)(e) of the Telecommunication Act, 2023, registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Nuh, District Nuh. 2. Learned State counsel informs the Court that the proceedings before the learned trial Court are presently at the stage of recording the defence evidence and trial is likely to be concluded shortly. 3. In view of the advanced stage of the trial, this Court refrains from adjudicating upon the prayer for grant of bail. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from today.
