2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 21.12.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Khunti in Misc. Criminal Application No. 410/2024, Sessions Trial Case No. 197 of 2023 arising out of Jariyagarh P.S. Case No. 22 of 2023, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
3. It has been alleged that on an information, a raid was conducted at Madhuvan Forest and the appellant was apprehended and from his possession, a rusted A.K.- 56 rifle was recovered.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant is in custody since 31.05.2023. It has further been submitted that some of the co-accused have been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 2177 of 2023 and Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 2008 of 2023.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.

Though the case of the present appellant is distinguishable from other accused but considering the period of custody undergone by the appellant, we, while setting aside the order dated 21.12.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Khunti in Misc. Criminal Application No. 410/2024, Sessions Trial Case No. 197 of 2023 arising out of Jariyagarh P.S. Case No. 22 of 2023, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

2023.
7. This appeal is allowed and disposed of.
