The petitioner No. 2-Naim Kosser is also present alongside her on account of the fact that this Court directed her custody to be with Nari Niketan, R. S. Pura, in terms of order dated 06.11.2025. 2. This Court has examined the parents of the petitioner No. 2 who were present along with Mr. Vishal Kumar, Sub Inspector, Police Post Lam, Nowshera. 3. This Court has apprised the parents of the petitioner No. 2 that she does not want to rejoin her parental company as she has chosen on her own volition to marry the petitioner No. 1 and, as on date, she has attained the age of eighteen years, as such, she cannot be subjected by any person or authority to surrender her discretion as well as her liberty in the matter of choosing her life partner or course of life. This Court is satisfied that the petitioner No. 2 is sharing her state of mind free from any undue influence or impression because of the fact that she is housed in Nari Niketan, R. S. Pura where this Court allowed no access to anyone for enabling the petitioner No. 2 to have a cooling-off period for coming up with a final say in the matter which has come today, as such, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are set to their personal choice of reckoning each other as husband and wife. 5. Incharge Nari Niketan, R. S Pura is directed to set the petitioner No. 2 at liberty upon the petitioner No. 1 coming and escorting the petitioner No. 2 in his company out from Nari Niketan, R. S. Pura and for that purpose Incharge to take an acknowledgment in writing from both the petitioners that the petitioner No. 2 has been set free to be in the company of the petitioner No. 1. 6. This petition is, thus, disposed of by mandating the District Police Poonch as well as Rajouri not to subject the petitioners to any kind of harassment at the instance of the parental family of the petitioner No. 2. 7.
