(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari setting aside the order dated 04.06.2025, Annexure P-7, qua the petitioner, whereby he has been transferred to Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) at Siwani, District Bhiwani. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner, who is working as Computer Operator and Programming Assistant Instructor (Group-C) in the Department, was posted at Government ITI, Kaithal, on 01.07.2023. The Department notified a tentative schedule for online transfer of employees vide memo dated 05.12.2024, Annexure P-2, which was to be completed by 14.02.2025. However, timeline given in the schedule was not complied with, and the respondents passed the impugned order transferring the petitioner to Siwani. He is suffering from Arthritis and his medical condition has also not been taken into account before passing the order. 3. Learned State counsel submits that pursuant to the tentative schedule of transfer issued vide memo dated 05.12.2024, the petitioner was MANINDER 2025.07.14 18:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment. CWP No.18643 of 2025 2 initially transferred to Government ITI, Hathin, District Palwal, on ‘anywhere in the State’ basis. However, before posting him there, he was again asked to submit options of other posting stations. In response, the petitioner opted for Government ITI, Siwani, as first preference. Considering the same, he has been transferred to the said ITI vide the impugned order, dated 04.06.2025, and has joined there as well on 02.07.2025. 4. Heard. 5. The facts aforementioned, especially regarding petitioner’s initial posting at Hathin and his opting for Government ITI at Siwani as first preference in response to a communication from the Department, have not been disclosed in the petition. This itself is a ground calling for dismissal of the petition. Besides, transfer is an incidence of service and the petitioner has no right of remaining posted at a particular station. 6. In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition and it stands dismissed.
