No.48 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025, under Sections 308(5), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 351(3), 352 and 61(2) of B.N.S. 2023 registered at Police Station Dehradun, District Dehradun. 4. On the date when the matter was argued afresh counsel for the petitioners expressed that the parties may have entered into compromise and proposed investigation could have been concluded on submission of the final report. 5. At the submission of counsel for the petitioners, this Court directed State to seek instructions in the matter for today i.e., 23.06.2025 and listed the matter as fresh. 6. Today State counsel, on instructions, submitted that the parties have entered into a settlement and in view of settlement and compromise arrived at between the parties, the final report has been submitted on 18.06.2025. 7.
