By way of filing this writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing a direction to the respondents to sanction the leaves of the petitioner and regularize her service. 2. At the outset, counsel for the State respondents apprised this Court that 221 days extra-ordinary leaves have been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner on 12.03.2014 and thereafter, fixation order of the salary of the petitioner has been passed on 19.05.2014. Counsel submits that hence under such circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous.
