K.Srivastava, A.P. P. -------- 02/ Dated 27.03.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bishunpura P.S. Case No. 26 of 2022, corresponding to G.R. No.02 of 2023, for the offence registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri S.N.Kujur, learned JMFC, Nagar Untari, Garhwa. On 11.05.2022 at about 3:45 p.m., the informant was waylaid by three persons at Ramna Bishunpura Main Road, Sidhi-Gidhi More. The accused persons looted Rs. 4,53,000/- from the informant. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R nor he was put on T.I. parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co-accused Ajit Kumar @ Chhotu has been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 8101/2022. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri S.N.Kujur, learned JMFC, Nagar Untari, Garhwa, or his successor, in connection with Bishunpura P.S.
