ORAL ORDER Petitioner was released on anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court vide its order dated 29.05.2024 passed in Crl.Misc.4255/2024 on certain terms and conditions. The said order has been cancelled vide impugned order dated
19.04.2025.
2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the offence alleged is under Section 417, 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of IPC. The learned Sessions Judge has now cancelled the bail on the ground that the petitioner has not co-operated with the investigation and not appeared before the

Investigating Officer, as per condition Nos.4 and 5. He submits that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Investigating Officer and if the order canceling the anticipatory bail is not set aside, the petitioner will be put to great hardship and loss.
3. Learned High Court Government Pleader has opposed the prayer and sought to dismiss the petition.
4. It is not in dispute that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court. In compliance of the conditions, since the petitioner has undertaken to appear before the Investigating Officer and comply with the conditions imposed, this Court deems fit to give an opportunity to the petitioner. Accordingly, the following:-
ORDER
i) Petition is allowed. ii) The order dated 19.04.2025 passed by the LI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru City

canceling the order dated 29.05.2024 is hereby set aside, subject to the condition that petitioner shall appear before the I.O. on or before 07.11.2025 and comply with all the conditions imposed in the order dated 29.05.2024 passed by the LI Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge in Crl.Misc.No.4255/2024.
I.A.No.1/2025 is disposed of.
