At the very out set, Sri Mishra informed that present application has been filed to transfer the O.S. No. 231 of 2020 (Mo. Asif vs. Ashiya Hussain), which has already been decided vide judgment and order dated 13.01.2022. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submitted that recall application has been filed against the judgment and order dated 13.01.2022, therefore, this transfer application may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh transfer application in case recall application is allowed. 4.
