...Respondents
CORAM : HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD S. BHARDWAJ
Present :- Mr. Shubham Saroha, Advocate for the petitioner(s).
*****
VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral)
1. Challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 21.02.2025 passed by respondent No.3 viz. Engineer-in-Chief, Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana.
2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that with regard to the grievance, the petitioner(s) have already served a legal notice dated 22.08.2024 (Annexure P-6) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon till date. He contends that the petitioner(s) would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondent No.2- Additional Chief Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana is directed to consider and decide the above said legal notice, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.
3. Notice of motion.
