The writ petition arises out of proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The last order impugned in the writ petition is dated 18.02.2025 passed in statutory appeal under Section 207 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Against the decision in the said appeal, Section 208 provides remedy of second appeal before the Board of Revenue. 3. In view of the above, the present writ petition is not maintainable. 4. The writ petition is dismissed only on the ground of alternative remedy of second appeal under Section 208 of the Code. 5.Office is directed to return certified copies of the orders appended along with the writ petition, after retaining photostat copy of the same, to the learned counsel for the petitioner within one week from today.
