This petition has been filed with the prayer for removal of alleged encroachments over Khata No.00330 hectare in Gata No.52 area 0.0760, Gata No.54, area 0.1560 hectare, Gata No.56 area 0.0820 hectare and Gata No.59 area 0.0280 hectare situated in Village Saunti, Pargana Chhaprauli, Tehsil Badaut, District Baghpat. 3. Learned Standing counsel points out based on the instructions that in relation to the same matter, the statutory proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been instituted against the concerned person. 4. In view of the fact that machinery under the law has been moved, no separate direction can be issued by this Court in the present writ petition. 5. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction that statutory proceedings registered shall be decided strictly, in accordance with law, within a period of six months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order before the authority following the law laid down by this Court in Rishipal Singh vs. State of U.P. & Ors. 2023 (1) AWC 4.
