Grievance raised in the writ petition is with regard to the non- allotment of land in Kumbh Mela Kshetra at Prayagraj. A statement is made on behalf of the respondents that an area 40x80 square feet, has been allotted in Sector 11 to the petitioner. In view of the statement made on behalf of the respondents, no further grievance survives. A copy of the allotment has also been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner, today, in the Court. In that view of the matter, no further grievance survives.
