This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to eject the respondent no. 6 from the plot in dispute i.e. plot no. 440 measuring area 0.4290 hectare situated at Village- Hariyaon, Tehsil Bhadohi, District Bhadohi within stipulated period in pursuance of order dated 05.12.2023 passed by respondent no.4 in case no. 2475 of 2023, Iftekhar Javed and others Vs. Kallu Sonkar u/s 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. (ii) Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to provide the sufficient police force to the Revenue team in pursuance of letter of Tehsildar, Bhadohi dated 12.06.2025 for compliance of the order dated 05.12.2023 passed by respondent no.4 in case no. 2475 of 2023, Iftekhar Javed and others Vs. Kallu Sonkar u/s 134 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the order in proceedings under Section 134 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been passed way back in 2023 but till date it has not been complied by the revenue authorities. The sole prayer is for getting the order executed. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent No.4 to get the order dated 05.12.2023 executed, if there is no legal impediment, within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
