As per report of C.J.M, Bijnore dated 07.08.2025 parties have entered into compromise on account of free will. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 states that he has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R is quashed. In view of the above, impugned F.I.R is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating Officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary.
