applicants are ordered to be impleaded as the legal representatives of the petitioner.
3.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated upon the right of the estate of the petitioner and the LRs have been impleaded only to pursue the present writ petition.
4.
Amended memo of parties is taken on record. CWP-8093-2025
1.
A perusal of the paper book would show that neither the application filed under Section 7(2) of the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (amended up to date), nor the written statement has been annexed. There is nothing on record to show that the jamabandi, which is now sought to be relied upon, was produced before the authority or that the plea was taken that the land was earlier Jumla Mustarka Malkan Hasad Rasad Rakba..
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present writ petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to revive the same after annexing the relevant documents.
3.
Ordered accordingly.
