The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 18.3.2025 passed by Sessions Judge, Chitrakoot in Criminal Revision No. 58 of 2024, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 14.8.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Chitrakoot in Complaint Case No. 3294 of 2023, whereby complaint has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
