direct the learned Senior Civil Judge & JMFC, Anekal to dispose of O.S. No.510/2023 within a period of six months.
3. The suit is filed by the plaintiffs for partition against the defendants. In the earlier round of litigation, being aggrieved by non-disposal of the application filed under Order - XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 of CPC, the plaintiffs approached this Court in Writ Petition No.9583/2023. This Court by an order dated 12.7.2023 disposed of the said writ petition directing the trial Court to dispose of the I.A. as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one month from the next hearing date of the suit and order was also passed directing the parties not to alienate, encumber or create any third party rights over the suit schedule property. Again, the petitioners approached this Court in the present writ petition for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously.
4. It is the contention of learned counsel for petitioner that petitioner and Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are aged more than 60 years and they want to see the outcome of litigation during their life time.

HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40063 WP No. 27610 of 2025
5. The suit is of the year 2023 and the learned counsel for petitioner submits that at present, the case is set down for written statement of defendant Nos. 9 and 10.
