The proceeding in MC [CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 18 of 2025 has been filed for production of additional documents. Whereas proceeding in MC [CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 19 of 2025 has been filed seeking for securing lower court records, but the learned senior counsel for the respondent in these proceedings submits that these two proceedings may be disposed of along with the main proceeding in CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227) No. 59 of 2023, initiated under the provision of Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Momon, in MC [CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 19 of 2025 submits that this proceeding has been initiated only for calling lower court records, however, securing the lower court records is only for the purpose of perusing the issues in between the petitioner and the respondent in the main proceeding CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227) No. 59 of 2023. Therefore, keeping in view the reasons stated in the aforesaid application and so also the affidavit accompanied with the application, it is deemed appropriate that the proceeding in MC [CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 19 of 2025 is hereby considered in the interest of justice. Therefore, the Registry is directed to secure the lower court record for the purpose of perusal in these matters. Accordingly, MC [CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227)] No. 19 of 2025 is hereby disposed of. Consequently, list the main proceeding in CRP (C.R.P. Art. 227) No. 59 of 2023 along with MC [CRP (C.R.P.
