By way of this application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 555/2024 dated 21.11.2024, registered at Police Station Badarpur, for offences punishable under Sections 20, 29, 61, and 85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 3. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid submissions. 5. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter or on any future application for bail that may be filed by the applicant, which shall be considered by the learned Special Court on its own merits, in accordance with law. 6. Mr. Saxena further submits that he will move the learned Special Court for a direction to conduct separate weighing of the alleged contraband material and its packaging, which the Court may consider in accordance with law. 7. The applicant is also at liberty to seek expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the learned Special Court, which may be considered by the Court in light of its own Board and the age of matters pending before it.
