Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Pankaj Satsangi, learned counsel for the respondent/opp. party. 2. The present transfer application has been filed by the applicant who is wife of the respondent praying for transfer of the H.M.A. Case No.553 of 2024, Dr. Akshay Dalabh Vs. Kansika Bharadwaj, under Section 13-A of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Shambhal at Chandausi to Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the fact with regard to the inconvenience in travelling from Ghaziabad to Sambhal at Chandausi has been detailed in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer application. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the Case No.553 of 2024 is transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Shambhal at Chandausi to Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad. 5. Accordingly, H.M.A. Case No.553 of 2024, Dr. Akshay Dalabh Vs. Kansika Bharadwaj, under Section 13-A of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Shambhal at Chandausi is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad. 6. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad is directed to decide the H.M.A. Case No.553 of 2024, Dr. Akshay Dalabh Vs. Kansika Bharadwaj, under Section 13-A of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date the record of the case is received by him. 7. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Sambhal at Chandausi is directed to remit the record of H.M.A. Case No.553 of 2024, Dr. Akshay Dalabh Vs. Kansika Bharadwaj, under Section 13-A of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad for its disposal. 8.
