Doddaka Harsha Vardhan Counsel for the Respondents: 1.GP for Revenue (AP) 2.GP FOR Registration and Stamps (AP) The Court made the followingorder: Challenging the action of the 4*'' respondent in rejecting the sale deed, submitted for registration endorsement dated 02.06.2017 in respect of land in an extent of Ac.4.60 cents in Sy.No. 1277/2 situated in Rangasamudram Village and Mandal of YSR Kadapa District, on the ground that the subject property is enlisted in the list of prohibited properties, the instant writ petition is filed. 2. Heard Sri Doddaka Harsha Vardhan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps appearing for the respondents. It is contended that after the refusal of the sale deed, the vendor made a representation to the respondent on 03.01.2008. However, since no orders were passed on the said representation, the vendor filed W.P.No.10348 of 2018. The writ petition was disposed of on 29.03.2018, with a direction to the 3''^ respondent to examine the claim of the petitioner therein. As no orders were passed on the vendor's representation thereafter, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to delete the subject property from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22-A (1)(b) of the Registration Act, 1908. 3. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Registration and Stamps has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the 4‘^ respondent, dated 28.01.2025. A perusal of the same would reveal that, pursuant to the District Collector's directions 12.04.2024, the subject property was deleted from the list of prohibited properties on 06.05.2024. The said deletion enables the Registering Officer to register the sale deed in respect of the property comprised in subject survey number, which has been released from the prohibitory list. The proceedings of the Sub Registrar, along with a copy of the denotification report, have been enclosed to the written instructions. The written instructions of the 4^*^ respondent, dated 28.01.2025 are 5. placed on record. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4*^ respondent to receive the document that would be submitted by the petitioner and his vendor for registration of document No.P18/2017, that was earlier refused registration. If the document complies with the other requirements of provisions of the Registration and Stamps Act, the 4‘^ respondent shall register the same in accordance with law. 6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be 7. no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
