This petition has been filed for the following relief:- "I) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing/ commanding to the respondents to comply the order dated 19.06.2025 passed by Presiding Officer, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Allahabad in Securitisation Application No. 407/2025 titled as M/s Baba Sons &Ors. Vs. Branch Manager, State Bank of India &Ors. Forthwith and restore the physical possession in favour of the petitioner." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that on 17.07.2025, an order has been passed by the City Magistrate, Agra for delivery possession to the petitioners on 19.07.2025. 3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed and it is expected that the order passed by the City Magistrate, Agra will be given effect forthwith. 4.
