JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 25/02/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that at an erstwhile occasion assailing the impugned transfer order an appeal was preferred before the learned RAT, which was disposed of whilst directing the respondents/non-appellants therein, to consider the representation of the petitioner/appellant. However, [2025:RJ-JP:8421] (2 of 2) [CW-2710/2025] till date the said representation is not adjudicated by the respondents/non-appellants. Learned counsel appearing for respondents has submitted that the representation filed by the petitioner/appellant shall be adjudicated by 07.03.2025. Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondents/competent authority to adjudicate the representation of the petitioner/appellant by 07.03.2025, by way of a speaking order, strictly in accordance with law.
