As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.1- Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Agra Division, Agra to decide revision which is registered as Case No.1257 of 2024 (Computerized Case No.C20240100001257) filed under Section 210 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
