The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent No.2 in refusing to disburse the death benefits of late Yerramsetty Eswara Jeep Driver with Respondent No.2, who died on 02.03.2022. in accordance with the common/joint application, dated 04.10.2024 and Respondents 3 to 5, as illegal and arbitrary. At the time of hearing, it is stated that as report of the Director, A.P High Court Mediation Center vide ROC.No.762/APHCMC/2026 03.09.2025, the dispute in the Writ Petition is settled and Mediated Settlement Agreement was also passed under Section 19 of Mediation Rao made by both the Petitioners 2. , dated Act, 2023. 3. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. 5. No order as to costs. 6.
