This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to take a suitable action and decided the representation of the petitioner on dated 23.06.2025 pending before the respondent no.2 and 3. (b). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities not interfere for digging the foundation over the arazi no.458Ga, without proper survey or demarcation." Petitioner contends that without demarcation having been done, the construction is being made. The petitioner has remedy of filing application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
