By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No. 3 to regularize the petitioner on the post of Amin on the basis of report dated 20.03.2025 as well as inquiry report letter no. 809 regarding petitioner dated 9.8.2021 forthwith. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025 in accordance with law forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to consider and disposed of the pending representation of petitioner dated 23.06.2025 within a period of two months from the production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law and by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
