Mr. V.S. Rawat, A.G.A. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in Case Crime No.11 of 2024, under Sections 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Salt, District Almora. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that in the instant case is based on 5 cases, but the applicant is on bail in all the five cases, and co-accused has already been granted bail. 4. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
