Mr. Nagesh Agarwal, Advocate for the petitioner. 2. Mr. K.N. Joshi, Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. According to the petitioner, he has moved an application before District Magistrate, Dehradun, on 06.11.2023, for demarcation of his land and also for lifting ban imposed on sale and purchase of the said land. 4. Grievance of the petitioner is that District Magistrate has not considered the request made by petitioner in his application. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that there is no prayer for demarcation made in the application submitted by petitioner to District Magistrate. 6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh application to District Magistrate, highlighting his problems. If petitioner makes such application within three weeks from today, District Magistrate shall look into the matter and take appropriate decision, as per law, within nine months thereafter.
