1. The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to release the petitioner on parole for a period of 10 weeks as he needs to undergo surgery of his legs.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the father of the petitioner had moved an application to the concerned authorities for grant of parole to the petitioner vide Annexure P-2 but the same has not been considered till date.
3. Mr. Surinder Kumar Dagar, DAG, Haryana submitted that he has specific instructions to state that the concerned authorities have not received the aforesaid application till date. He further submitted on instructions that the CHETAN THAKUR 2025.07.11 16:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
CRWP-7244-2025 -2- aforesaid application (Annexure P-2) can be treated as a representation and decided in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a specific time frame work should be fixed by this Court for deciding the aforesaid application (Annexure P-2) in accordance with law. He further submitted that the petitioner needs to undergo surgery immediately and therefore, there is urgency in the matter because delay may cause him to lose his limb.
5. At this stage, Mr. Surinder Kumar Dagar, DAG, Haryana submitted that the aforesaid application (Annexure P-2) will be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible or whatever time frame work is fixed by this Court.

After hearing the learned counsels for the parties and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the respondent- authorities shall treat the aforesaid application (Annexure P-2) as a representation and consider and decide the same and pass an appropriate order strictly in accordance with law, within a period of one week from today and convey the decision to the petitioner.
7. Consequently, the present petition stands disposed of.
