The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 331(4), 305(a) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh. On 31.12.2024 at about 8:40 P.M., the informant came to know that his house was burgled by unknown thieves, who took away Rs.15,000/- cash, jewellery and other valuable articles. It was submitted that petitioner is a goldsmith. It was further submitted that some of the stolen articles are alleged to have recovered from his shop, however, the petitioner was a bonafide purchaser. It was also submitted that the seized jewelleries were not put on T.I.Parade. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh, in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
