Case No. 173 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 341, 342, 323, 376(D) and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The victim has made allegation of rape against the entire family members. Other co-accused were put on trial and they have been acquitted. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025. 5.
