It is contended that ancestors of petitioner had filed a declaratory suit under Section 229-B of U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act which was decreed in the year 1965. Respondent no. 3 had filed a recall application in the year 2022 which has been allowed against which a recall application has been filed which has been dismissed. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned Standing Counsel as to maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that order impugned is a revisable order. 3. In view of said fact, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy, leaving it open to petitioner to file revision before revisional authority challenging the said order. 4. However, in case, revision is filed within 15 days from today, the revisional authority shall not go into question of limitation and shall decide the same, strictly in accordance with law. 5. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the judgment to petitioner's counsel, within 48 hours.
