The petitioner has opportunity to file reply to the aforesaid show cause notice and in case the final order is passed against the petitioner, the petitioner has remedy to file appeal before the concerned Commissioner. In view of the aforesaid availability of alternative remedy to the petitioner, it is not a fit case for consideration by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, at this stage.
