Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the case is fixed for 30.08.2025, for framing of charges before the trial Court. He seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his pleas before the trial Court at the relevant time i.e. at the time of framing of charges. 3. Allowed to do so. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. The trial Court is directed to consider the arguments raised by counsel for the petitioner at the time of framing of charge.
