Having taken note of the averments made in the representation dated 27.04.2022, wherein the petitioner is alleging as to fraud being played by impersonating the signature of the petitioner, I am of the view that, an enquiry has to be conducted in respect of the same and therefore, it is open for the petitioner to approach the competent court for redressal of his grievances. 4.
