Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 76, 74, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. 3. It is alleged that on 19.7.24, when daughter of the informant was in the school, this petitioner, who is a teacher, during lunch time, kissed the daughter of informant and tried to molest her. 4.
