JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER Aggrieved by the order passed in I.A.No.6 in G & WC.No.169/2020 dated 10.11.2023 by the IV Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, whereby the Family Court had granted visitation to the father, the father is before this Court. 2. This Court on 24.07.2025 has interacted with the parties in the chambers. During the said interaction, both the parties have agreed to settle the matter. The matter was subsequently listed on several dates and finally they have come up with a joint memo stating that the parties have amicably settled all the disputes between them with regard to their matrimonial disputes, child's visitation, custody and also the maintenance and they will be filing appropriate applications before the concerned Court. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30664 WP No. 4626 of 2024 3.
