This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Sadar, District Chandauli to comply with the order dated 16.10.2024 passed by Joint Magistrate/ Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Sadar, District Chandauli passed in case по RST/3671/2023 (computerized case no. T202314180103671) (Omprakash Vs. State) pending since 16.10.2024 under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil Sadar, District Chandauli situated Mauza Halua, Pargana Majhwar, Tehsil Chandauli, District Chandauli expeditiously if possible within stipulated period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on 16.10.2024, an appeal has been preferred, which is pending consideration. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon the appellate authority to decide the appeal preferred against the order dated 16.10.2024 in case по RST/3671/2023 (computerized case no. T202314180103671) (Omprakash Vs. State) in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
