A.G., Haryana. **** Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner-society is in an area of 312 acres of land but 135 acres of the land has been encroached upon, which is evident from the demarcation report. We have perused the demarcation report (Annexure P-7), which does not indicate that there is any encroachment.
