The grievance of the petitioner is in respect of claim over the property in question in view of the interference made by the respondents No.2 to 4 and therefore, has sought for a direction to consider the Representation dated 10.07.2014 (Annexure-G). 3. In that view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, taking into consideration the factual aspects on record, as the grievance of the petitioner is to conduct joint survey in respect of the land in question, claimed by him as per the Registered Sale Deeds dated 09.08.1979 (Annexures- A and B), the jurisdictional ADLR shall conduct joint survey, in the presence of the petitioner and Respondent No.4, on 27.11.2025 at 10.30 a.m. by conducting spot inspection.
