U/s 415 (3) BNSS challenging the judgment and order dated 30.07.2024 passed by the court of CJM, Bhadohi, Gyanpur in complaint case no. 504 of 2018 (Deep Chaurasia vs. Rajesh Gopal Rupani), P.S. Bhadohi U/s 138 of N.I. Act within the time bound period. 5. Learned A.G.A. submits that he has no objection to the same. 6. Considering the submission so made by the counsel for the applicant, the application stands disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings after hearing the respective parties with most expedition without granting unnecessary adjournment that too not beyond a period of one week at a stretch subject to legal impediment. 7.
