Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 26.04.2025 whereby the petitioner has been ordered to be placed under suspension with immediate effect without stipulating any reason.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted before this Court on 08.07.2025 that there was no complaint of any nature with respect to the work and conduct of the petitioner and that the
order of suspension has been passed for no administrative reasons
Learned State Counsel was directed to seek instructions.
On resumed hearing today, learned State Counsel has shown the documents pertaining to the alleged mis-conduct attributable to the VISHAL SHARMA 2025.07.14 11:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

petitioner. He contends that the State is already in the process of serving of a charge sheet on the petitioner. It is further submitted that since the order of suspension is not a punishment, hence, the writ petition against the same would not be maintainable and even otherwise, the instant writ petition is pre mature.
Faced with the above, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant writ petition at this stage and seeks liberty to approach an appropriate forum against the proposed action of the respondents as and when such a cause of action accrues.
Disposed of as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
