By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the show cause notice dated 13.05.205 and 24.06.2025, whereby, he has been directed to submit explanation as to why her selection as Anganbadi Worker may not be cancelled on the ground that her income certificate got cancelled by the authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted reply to the show cause notices on 15.05.2025 and 30.06.2028 but till date no decision has been taken upon the same. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to look into and take a decision in the matter of show cause notices issued to the petitioner to which she has submitted reply strictly in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that respondent no. 5 shall consider the reply of the petitioner in response to the show cause notices dated 13.05.2025 and 24.06.2025 and and take a decision in respect thereof within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Needless to add the order to be passed by the competent authority, as directed herein above, shall be reasoned and speaking one.
