This petition has been filed against an order dated 14.05.2025 passed by the Additional District Judge, Court No. 5, Varanasi allowing the application under Section 5 of Limitation Act filed along with a revision. 3. I have perused the application filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act which is annexed at page no. 133 of the writ petition wherein it has been stated that the revisionist came to about about the order dated 12.09.2024 on 18.09.2024 and thereafter, the file was sent for approval and after the approval was granted by the State for challenging the order, the revision has been filed on 01.01.2025. 4. In my view, no illegality has been committed by the court below in condoning the delay in filing the revision. 5. The petition lacks merit and is accordingly, dismissed.
