The suit is one for partition between the wife and the husband; pleadings have also been completed and in fact trial has already commenced in the said suit as well. In view of the limited relief sought for in this revision notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr G.V. Sridharan, states that the respondent is trying to alienate the suit property in order to defeat the claim of the wife and hence the revision is filed. 3.Considering that the issues that have arisen for consideration are narrow, the learned Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu, is directed to dispose of the suit by the end of November 2025. 4.With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
